Always British Virgin Islands natives are considered for jobs first. Only when it is deemed that no one from the BVI is available do we consider employing a Guest Worker.
Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:

2 full time bartenders, 2-3 years Experience needed. preferably some experience with Flair bartending
would be beneficial. Long hours expected, needs to be able to cover beach table are as well as the bar.
2 Full time groundskeepers. Duties will include unloading deliveries, cleaning resort of garbage and plant 
growth, cleaning garbage areas and dumpsters, removing garbage from all area garbage cans, sweeping pathways and beach are and cleaning bathrooms.
2 full time dishwashers to clean kitchen, unload trucks, learn culinary skills from Chef, occasionally clean bathrooms.
